THE 98 CLUB INC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The 98 Club Inc does not condone drink driving or anti-social driving behaviour. Your membership will be cancelled immediately, no refund will be given

• The use of drugs is not tolerated, your membership will be cancelled immediately, no refund will be given.

• Defaming or disrespecting the club or its members will not be tolerated and is reason for immediate termination of membership. This will be at the discretion of The 98 Club Inc committee.

• Members wishing to obtain Club Vehicle Registration must be a financial member for 1 month and attend at least 1show or if needed immediately, a fee of $10.00 is required, this fee includes your membership fee of $65.00. Application forms can be obtained from the President or Secretary.

• If Club Membership is terminated, not renewed or member leaves the Club and has the car on club registration your club registration will be terminated and will no longer be covered by insurance. Its your responsibility to notify Department of Transport to the change.

• Club yearly registration fee is to be paid in full.

• All members displaying The 98 Club Inc logo merchandise (shirts, hats, stickers etc) acknowledge that they are advertising for the club and will always represent the club positively and respectfully.

• All members and non-members that participate in events do so at their own risk and should ensure they have the appropriate insurance.

• I acknowledge that photos of myself/partner and my vehicle will/may be displayed on Forums and Club Websites. (photos of Children under the age of 8 years are not permitted to be posted)

• I am willing and able to participate in ‘Official Club Runs’ a minimum of 3 times a year (members who live a proximity of over 2 hours from Brisbane City are required to attend a minimum of one a year)

• I am willing to participate in Club fundraising twice a year.

• Membership Applications will be accepted or denied by the club Secretary.
